BAM7 Friday dinner at the Hof!

70

When: 22 May 2015. 5-7PM
Location: Hofbrahaus. 18-28 Market Ln, Melbourne VIC 3000
Cost: $39 per head

We’ve wanted to have a mass dinner/social event at BAM for a long time now. On BAM Friday we finally have a space and time to get everybody together, whether you’re a smash player or an anime player or a street fighter player or international player, we want everyone to get together before the tournament and have a great time chowing down and catching up.
At the Hofbrahaus, there’s a big hall upstairs with plenty of broad tables that can fit up to 150 of us, so we can get up there and get rowdy FGC style. Because there’s so many of us, we can’t get an ala carte menu, but the preset Bavarian Table Buffet (3 Mains & 3 Sides) is a giant platter of food, enough for everyone on the table. There’s a great Bavarian atmosphere at the Hof and plenty of friendly and fulsome waitresses roaming around. There’s also a bar so we can get our drink on. (I quite like the banana bier.)

It’s in Chinatown on Bourke Street so we can all take the free tram down Bourke Street or walk down to CQ afterwards and continue the fun at BAM with exhibitions and casuals. You can pay for your spot at the dinner at the BAM7 preregistration page http://couchwarriors.org/wp/battle-arena-melbourne-7/bam7-registration/ Hope to see you all there!
